Association Between Familial Mediterranean Fever and Cachexia in Females.

This study pointed at a significant association between cachexia and FMF in females. Muscle endurance was not affected in FMF patients with cachexia; however, decreased muscle strength, impaired quality of life and increased fatigue were observed in these patients.
