Large PP fluctuation during hospitalization was associated with increased risks of adverse outcomes within 3 months after ischemic stroke, which provided valuable new insight for BP management in the acute phase of ischemic stroke. Controlling PP fluctuation may be contributing to improving prognosis after ischemic stroke.
