The prognosis of primary marrow lymphoma is poor, and bone marrow-related examination is an important means of diagnosis. Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma is the most common histomorphologic and immune subtype, and autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation may improve the prognosis.
