Multiple RBC alloantibodies after extensive allogeneic exposure during pregnancy and presumed increased fetomaternal chimerism are not associated with (selected) autoantibodies. Lack of allo-RBC multi-responsiveness seems associated with decreased auto(-TPO) antibody formation.
