As the only multiparametric parameter, SWE showed higher tissue stiffness in malignant CLN, also in subgroups with regular B-mode criteria. This fast and easy application may be a promising noninvasive tool to US examination to ameliorate the sonographic differentiation of inconclusive CLN.
