[Cognitive impairment in patients with arterial hypertension depending on the presence of risk factors for chronic kidney disease at the sanatorium stage].

Risk factors for chronic kidney disease were first discovered in 48% of patients. It was revealed that in patients with arterial hypertension and risk factors of chronic kidney disease the risk of occurrence and development of cognitive disorders is 1.46 times higher, the degree of reduction in indicators of arbitrary attention, speed of mental performance, auditory memory is more expressed than in patients with arterial hypertension alone. It was shown that in patients with arterial hypertension and risk factors of chronic kidney disease a moderate degree of multifunctional variant of cognitive disturbances with memory decrease and neurodynamic disturbances is observed.
