Our meta-analysis demonstrates that decreasing ASPECTS is significantly associated with poor functional outcomes. Individual ASPECTS regions associated with the highest odds of poor functional outcomes were identified. Future studies on the association of LT and clinical outcomes specific to EVT are required.
