It is possible to see the intrusion into animal tissues (oesophagus mucosa) of plant structures (pollen grains or pollen tubes) using an adecuate histologic botanical analysis. Molecular and anatomopathological studies can help to demonstrate a possible pathogenic role of environmental allergens in EoE.
