In AF patients, rivaroxaban with an INR ≥ 1.5 was associated with a lower risk of IS/SE. PT-INR or aPTT ratios were not associated with bleeding events for rivaroxaban or dabigatran. INR may help predict the outcome of AF patients who take rivaroxaban.
