The effect of a contralateral foot touch on stability of one-leg stance in young adults: an exploratory study.

The results of the study suggest that the application of light touch provided by a contralateral foot could be an effective strategy for enhancing body stability when no external support is available. The study outcome provides a foundation for future studies exploring ways to enhance balance control during one-leg stance.
