Osteoporotic patients under ARD may exhibit thickening of the lamina dura and prolonged post-operative healing. Among these patients, multi-rooted teeth are at higher risk for MRONJ than single-rooted teeth. Sequester formation is a radiographic indicator of osteonecrosis.
