The incidence of LFCN injury was 74% at ten days after PAO, and subsequently decreased to 48% at one year. LFCN injury did not influence the hip function as assessed by the HHS, but had a negative impact on mental health at one year. Cite this article: Bone Joint J 2021;103-B(4):659-664.
