A 17-years-old male presented with right parotid region swelling for one year which was gradually increasing in size. There was no history of fever, cough, dysphagia, dyspnoea, change in voice or facial weakness. On examination, the swelling was 3x3 cm, with restricted mobility. Fine needle aspiration (FNA) done outside was reported as Spindle cell tumor with focal atypia. A repeat FNAC was performed in our institute and material for cell block was taken. Smears were air dried and stained with May Grunwald Giemsa stain.
