Stand-Alone Interbody Cage to Treat Cervical Facet Dislocation: A Case Report.

Current treatment of cervical facet dislocations (CFDs) in patients undergoing an anterior cervical diskectomy and fusion commonly makes use of plates with screw fixation and interbody grafts or cages to achieve spinal fusion after the diskectomy is performed. This report documents the successful treatment of a CFD with a stand-alone interbody cage.
