Value of the modified semiquantitative classification in predicting outcomes in children with Henoch-Schönlein purpura nephritis.

Our study suggests that the SQC indexes are clearly correlated with the clinical and pathological findings of HSPN. The SQC is more sensitive than ISKDC classification for the prediction of the long-term outcomes of HSPN in children.
