Biologic therapies have demonstrated efficacy in the management of chronic antibiotic refractory pouchitis and offer a steroid-sparing option for refractory disease. Nonpharmacologic therapies, including hyperbaric oxygen and fecal microbiota transplant, require further exploration. See video from symposium .
