• Albeit there is a high level of compliance by Spanish pediatricians with the «do not do» recommendations, there is a lack of knowledge in different aspects that may be improved. • Some demographical factors are related to higher adequacy. Performing this research in other countries may allow assessing the current clinical practice of pediatricians.
