Two new sesquiterpene glycosides, 8 α ,12,15 β -trihydroxycopacamphan-15- O - β -D-glucopyranoside ( 1 ) and dendrobiumane C-11- O - β -D-glucopyranoside ( 2 ), along with three known terpenoids ( 3-5 ) were isolated from the aerial stems of Dendrobium henanense . Their structures were elucidated based on NMR-spectroscopic and HR-MS analyses. All compounds could reduce the levels of NO, TNF- α and IL-1 β in LPS-induced RAW264.7 cells with IC 50 values ranging from 10.37 to 34.55 µ Μ.
