Is to establish the morphometric features of the human cricoid cartilage structure using anthropometric research. Cricoid cartilage was examined from 37 men and 30 women. Using an electronic caliper and scales, 17 metric parameters and the mass of the cricoid cartilage were established, and a statistical analysis of the results obtained was carried out. It was found that the greatest relationship with the gender had the following dimensions: the distance from the upper outer edge of the plate to the outer edge of the arch and the height of the cricoid cartilage plate, the distance between the arytenoid articular surfaces, and the mass of cricoid cartilage. The data obtained confirmed the gender dimorphism of the cricoid cartilage. The data of this study can be used in expert practice for forensic medical identification of a person.
