[Childhood disability due to mental disorders in the Arkhangelsk region: structural and dynamic trends].

The dynamics of total disability in children due to mental disorders in the AO has a common with the Russian average upward trend at a lower level. The age groups 5-9 and 15-17 years old have the greatest significance for the dynamic changes in the general disability of children due to mental disorders. The leading nosological group responsible for the ten-year increase in disability due to mental disorders is «other mental disorders».
