Results suggest that both metronidazole and oral vancomycin are reasonable options for the treatment of mild-to-moderate CDAD in patients with SOT. No difference in treatment failure was observed; however, oral vancomycin may be preferred for higher risk patients, such as those receiving concurrent antibiotics.
