Efficacy and Safety of First-Line Targeted Treatment and Immunotherapy for Patients with Biliary Tract Cancer: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis.

This study demonstrates that immunotherapy combined with chemotherapy as first-line treatment can provide survival benefits by improving the objective response rate for patients with unresectable biliary tract cancer. The potential for combination therapy to become a new trend in clinical treatment is promising but needs further clinical evaluation.
