Together, our results suggest that the antiviral immune system could be modulated by JH analog and facilitate HaNPV replication in the larvae and increased mortality rateof the insect larvae. Understanding the effect of JH analog on antiviral immunity is an important step toward the process of exploiting JH analog and viral pathogens to control insect pests.
