Incidence of genitourinary injuries in pelvic fractures: A 12-year single-center retrospective study.

The incidence of genitourinary injuries with pelvic fractures was 4.5%. The presence of genitourinary injuries was associated with a higher rate of intensive care unit admission, longer hospital stay, and longer intensive care unit stay, but it was not associated with in-hospital mortality.
