The effect of B-Lynch uterine compression suture performed for uterine atony on future menstrual pattern and reproductive outcome.

B-Lynch UCS can be used effectively and safely in PPH due to uterine atony without causing any additional pathology in menstrual pattern, fertility, dysmenorrhea and dyspareunia complaints other than the length of the menstrual cycle.
