As a result of the Second Care Strengthening Act, people with dementia get good access to care insurance benefits. The increasing amount of time required for assisting in activities of daily living and supervision is reflected by care levels. Despite the increasing caregiving burden, care services are rarely used. Therefore, we recommend that measures to increase the use of support and counselling services be expanded.
