Exposure to dasatinib is associated a significant chance of developing proteinuria compared to other similar TKIs. Dasatinib plasma concentration significantly correlates with increased risk of developing proteinuria while receiving dasatinib. Screening for renal dysfunction and proteinuria is strongly advised for all dasatinib patients.
