[Unusual location of mucous extravasation cyst: report of two cases].

The clinical presentation of mucous extravasation cysts of the upper lip is similar to that of others lesions especially salivary gland or connective tissue tumors, or sometimes traumatic fibroma. Histological examination is mandatory to prove a definitive diagnosis and rule out a neoplasm requiring a more aggressive treatment.
