Micropulse transscleral cyclophotocoagulation is an equally effective method of lowering intraocular pressure in patients with primary open-angle glaucoma, pseudoexfoliation glaucoma, and other types of secondary glaucoma. The rate of reoperation was higher in refractory secondary glaucoma patients.
