For CIN3 patients for whom hysterectomy is the main treatment, VaIN3 can develop in 2.6% within very shortly after operation even if surgical margin was negative. The elder the age, the higher the risk of early recurrence could be. Laparoscopic surgery is considered to be acceptable methods of hysterectomy.
