Hemodynamic effects of noradrenaline in neonatal septic shock: a prospective cohort study.

Noradrenaline is a potential drug for use in neonatal septic shock, with improvement in mean blood pressure and fractional shortening; however, further studies with larger sample sizes are needed to confirm our findings before it can be recommended as first-line therapy in neonatal septic shock.
