In NDR, there were decreases in ChT, choroidal vascular index, pRNFL thickness, and outer nuclear layer thickness. The reduction in ChT was independently associated with the reduction in pRNFL thickness, suggesting that ChT could serve as a predictor of retinal neurodegeneration in NDR.
