AMR Threat Perception Assessment of Heterotrophic Bacteria from Shrimp Aquaculture through Epidemiological Cut off Values.

NRI analysis of antibiotic disc diffusion data of heterotrophic bacterial populations in shrimp aquaculture environment revealed that 90% of the isolates has been found to be non-wild type phenotype for oxytetracycline compared to chloramphenicol, erythromycin, ciprofloxacin and co-trimoxazole.
