The relatively simple modified osteotomy has certain advantages in stress and displacement. In contrast, the stability of BDBO group was poor, especially in the lumbar intervertebral disc and lumbar body. For this type of osteotomy patients, it is recommended to avoid postoperative flexion so as not to increase the load.
