The purpose of this paper is to illuminate and elaborate the inherent core knowings of living quality. The core knowings are fortifying wisdom, discerning witness, and penetrating silence. In deep contemplation with the core knowings, essences and paradoxes surfaced for the author enhancing understanding of living quality. The essences and paradoxes are specified here.
