These real-world findings demonstrate effective disease control and physician satisfaction with ruxolitinib cream for the treatment of AD in adults in a clinical practice setting. Outcomes were similar whether ruxolitinib cream was prescribed as monotherapy or in combination regimens, suggesting a role for ruxolitinib cream across the spectrum of disease.
