• FNH-like lesions in pediatric cancer survivors showed three different hepatobiliary enhancement patterns. The most common was homogeneous hyperintense/isointense, followed by heterogeneous hyperintense, and ring-like enhancement. • FNH-like lesions in pediatric cancer survivors can show various temporal changes during follow-up.
