Spectral CT thermometry demonstrated reproducibility across three liver-mimicking phantoms and illustrated the clinical requirement for temperature sensitivity can be met for different slice thicknesses. Moreover, additional denoising enables the use of more clinically relevant radiation doses, facilitating the clinical translation of spectral CT thermometry. The reproducibility and temperature accuracy of spectral CT thermometry enable its clinical application for non-invasive temperature monitoring of thermal ablation.
