Seeking Synergy of Checkpoint Blockade through TGFβ Inhibition.

Immunotherapy, including checkpoint blockade, is revolutionizing the treatment of cancers, but efficacy has, however, been limited to a subset of patients and can be of limited duration due to primary and acquired resistance to treatment.
