High TTI was associated with older age at time of EVAR, greater prevalence of degenerative markers in the descending thoracic aortic wall, and widespread aorto-iliac dilation. While not predictive of EVAR outcomes, TTI can provide valuable information regarding aneurysm pathophysiology.
