2016-ASE algorithm reasonably accurately identifies early LVDD at rest as reflected by LV catheterization when CAD is disclosed, but without knowledge of the presence of CAD, it underdiagnoses DD+ grade I. The addition of IVRT may improve early LVDD diagnostics.
