Clinical observation of liposomal doxorubicin on liver and renal function in patients with breast cancer.

Liposomal doxorubicin treatment is associated with higher liver function damage in breast cancer patients, but has no effect on renal function. Together with risk factor analysis, our study underlines the importance to pay attention for patient's age before taking liposomal doxorubicin, alongside liver function after the first and long-term treatments.
