TEVAR with Castor device for treatment of TBAD and revascularization of LSA is a feasible and safety technique. The deployment procedure is safe, easy, and accurate. Castor devices meets the hemodynamical and biomechanical requirement of elastic aorta and could restore the physiological blood flow pattern of LSA.
