Competitive athletes with FAIS and SSI who underwent primary hip arthroscopy and subspine decompression had favorable outcomes and high RTS rates at minimum 2-year follow-up. These results were comparable with those of a control group of athletes without SSI undergoing primary hip arthroscopy.
