Hip Pain after Distal Femoral Derotational Osteotomy for a Patient with Patellar Instability: A Case Report.

The situation of the hip joint should be carefully evaluated before doing derotational osteotomy in recurrent patellofemoral instability and patient should be informed that derotational osteotomy may cause hip pain. Clinical studies are needed to further clarify the impact of derotational osteotomy on the hip.
