T1 relaxation time curves are compatible with a convective flow driven by arterial pulsations via paravascular spaces surrounding penetrating arteries into the brain's interstitial fluid in the deep white matter. Different curves in patients with SIH and those without SIH indicate that the CSF pressure also impacts the temporal kinetics of the glymphatic system.
