Rheumatic diseases associated with alveolar hemorrhage: analysis of the national inpatient sample.

Although DAH is a relatively rare entity, it carries a very high mortality. Multiple rheumatic diseases were associated with DAH hospitalizations including AAV, APLS, EGPA, Goodpasture's, RA, sarcoidosis, and SLE.
