Patients with a history of laser corneal refractive surgery achieved favorable visual and refractive outcomes with the LAL. This intraocular lens (IOL), which affords postoperative adjustability, is a promising option for patients with a history of corneal refractive surgery who maintain high expectations for functional uncorrected acuity following cataract surgery.
