In this study, sphenoid sinus pneumatizations were evaluated three-dimensionally with the help of CBCT, and a new classification suggestion was made to eliminate the classification confusion we encountered in our previous studies. Pneumatizations and variations can affect the field of operation and even change planning. It should be taken into account that the paranasal sinuses may have variations due to their surgical importance and their close association with many vital structures.
