• This study evaluated for the first time the radiographic outcomes of 22 patients with Behçet's disease involving the aorta or its major branches. • A considerable proportion of patients (5/22, 22.7%) showed radiographic progression. • Patients with radiographic progression had a longer disease duration at baseline than their counterparts; however, no other clinical factors were significantly different. • The most frequent form of vascular involvement was pseudoaneurysm followed by thrombosis.
